[LOGGED] Auto format detection for blackmagic capture

The Blackmagic decklink API has featured input format detection for some time now. It would be great to have this implemented in Isadora so that we can plug a device into the capture card and have the capture in Isadora switch to whatever format is coming in. This would make working with these devices a lot easier, especially if it could happen on the fly (so an auto mode in the capture setup). It would be great if this could use the format detection callback and then auto adjust the input format in Isadora to match so you could hot plug an input and have everything adjust without stopping and starting capture or changing settings.
