maybe it escaped me but does izzy not have a "window" selection?
I mean, if I open in almost all applications, more that 1 window, for example on Quick Time player, more than 1 movie, I would go to the menu/window and select the one I want in top.
In Isadora where is this function, couldn't find it

      thanks

On Macs, if you right click on the Isadora icon in the dock you can choose which window you would like to have in front.

Yes, Isadora does not have that very common feature. MatthewH's suggestion is a good one.

anyway, selecting the window on the dock does "virtually" bring the selected window in front but not physically.. :)
