      Hi Guys

I need to transfer an izzy show file to another Mac, what are the correct steps? Do you have to look for all the files again within the new Mac? and do you have to put them in the right order in the media window?
      Thanks in advance.

          Mark,

As we say here in Ireland you are 'a gent' and a star.
I'm a new Mac user and did not want to leave anything to chance.
Thank you for the speedy reply and time out (whatever length) you took to make it up.
          Joe

                    Hiya,

Regarding the "jitbit help desk" stuff. We use a system called "JitBit Hosted HelpDesk" to receive our technical support issues, and handle them. This system also has a "knowledge base" feature, which is really nothing more than a place to add a page that people can access. I started doing this for questions that come up all the time. Anyway... maybe I should add a section to the main web site that has the same information... I'll take your suggestions on that. Mostly it was a convenience for me just to put them on the help desk system.

I look forward to your thoughts on this.

                    Best Wishes,
                    Mark

P.S. The table of contents for the help desk knowledge base articles is here.

I wouldn't spend the time to clone the information over (never a great idea), rather I would just include a link to the help desk from the support section of the site. It will be easier to maintain that way.
You would just need to remove the add ticket link?
