Isadora can do this no problem. I have installation with the same principle going up tomorrow. Basically you track the Video In Watcher using Eyes++ and sign a sequence of midi notes to parameters that each blob produces. If you look through the forum searching for tracking you find some sample patches as well. Also old forum
