This is hopefully very basic but I can't figure it out and am in a rush.  I want to link several sound clips together automatically.  In other words I want Clip 1 to play and then at the end Clip 2 to start without anyone having to trigger it or press a key.  How do I do this?

If your sound clips are mp3's or audio only quicktime files, you can use the sound movie player, which has a loop end trigger.  You can use that to increment the sound file that is played, or use it to trigger a second (and third, and fourth..) instance of the same actor.

That helps a lot.  Thanks!.  I know there are a lot of more sophisticated tools to learn but this will get me to my goal.
