Is the Global Keystone actor discontinued or is my version missing it?

Dear Bozzy,

The fact that this actor appeared in some pre-release version along the way was an error on my part. It wasn't usable anyway... but it should have been hidden. It also accidentally made it into the manual.

In any case, it will be part of the next major release. So it's coming.

I apologize for my disorganization on this.
