      Hi,

I've been using izzy on a mac with a USB key and I'm trying to use this same key on a PC. Here is my process.
I've downloaded and installed the Sentinal Hasp key software and the USB key. The key went from no red LED light to an on red light LED. So that part works.
I've downloaded 1.3.024\. Launched the program and it opens in Demo mode. Register the USB key numbers and it promps me saying "This copy of isadoa is now registered to use the hardware key". So I should be good. I quit the program as it say to do. Relaunch and it still comes up in demo mode.
      Is there something I'm missing?

I know it used to be that you needed a different registration key to use a hasp on PC, although I think it just plain didn't work.  This may be a different issue.

Make sure you are logged in as admin - sounds to me like its something to do with admin rights?

            Dear Craig,

You have a Mac license; the registration code you have will not work. I am sending you one compatible with the PC off list. We do this by request.
            Best Wishes,

I am about to face the same problem.

I have a Mac registration code and am waiting for my USB key to arrive in the mail so I can work on other machines.
The theatre I am about to work with just let me know they have a PC media server.
Mark, could you send me a compatible number as well please?
                Thank you!
                ~G. Minnes

                  Dear G. Minnes,

Please send requests like these via this page http://troikatronix.com/support/isadora/ using the topic "Other Registration Questions." The forum isn't a good place for these requests, because I don't always see them, and also my colleague can handle most of this for me.

                  Best,
