Monitor Control Not Working?
-
Hi guys,
I'm trying to build a control panel for my current show in 1.3.0f24 for Windows.I'd love to have a couple of monitors so that I can have a live preview of the two cameras we are using. I dropped a Monitor control onto the control panel, but I can't seem to connect it to a video source.I've tried connecting it to the output of the Video In Watcher, as well as the input of the Projector that it is connected to. Neither of them result in an image on the monitor.I've tried connecting it to the output of a Movie Player actor, as well as its associated Projector as well, no dice. The connections from the control panel to the edit window don't seem to persist. The numbers indicating a connection don't seem to appear every time I drag a wire over to the video outputs. When they do, they disappear after few seconds.Am I doing something wrong? Is the Monitor Control just deprecated? -
No this should work.. try entering the number manually.
You can click the output (like inputs) and enter a number for the link there.
and in the control panel you can open the monitor properties (double click I think), and enter the link number there.
I have successfully had > 10 monitors running at once in 1.3.0f24 for Windows.
