Bug report

 Can the bug report be attached to our forum user accounts (or somehow be better compatible with auto complete). I often don't file reports as I am in a hurry and know I have to locate my details and fill in the form and I dont have time. If it woul dbe pre filled and I could get quickly to describing the problem I would be more likely to do it and accurately as I will not be working from memory.

 I don't know how hard it is to implement this, but I have the same feeling myself.

 I have a feeling this would require some kind of database?

 I think the problem will be rather that there are 2 different databases and hacking them together, although possible; will likely make updates to either system a headache.

 Hi All, The fact of the matter is that the Help Desk system is not an efficient place to track bugs. But for the moment, it's all we've got. Ryan, do I remember it right, that you were going to investigate various online solutions and offer me some options?I'm happy to pay to make this situation more manageable.Best Wishes,Mark

 I did start to look into this, but before we started the current system. I will continue to evaluate the options, and look specifically for integration options as well.

 There is a wordpress plugin for zendesk integration. Maybe worth to look at:
