Memory clean app - mac osx.

my macbook pro has been running slow of late.

in the app store i found this little app http://www.fiplab.com/apps/memory-clean-for-mac

i've done a clean this morning. free memory went from 9.7mb to 1.88gb decreasing to 1.2gb over ten minutes or so.

has anyone else used it?

I have used it - but I don't know if it is actually doing anything in terms of performance.

Dear All,

There is also a useful Mac OS X Terminal command which may do the same thing. I often do this when testing Isadora to clear out all caches:

sudo purge

You'll need to enter your password after hitting return.
