Buying a license for a cross-platform computer

Have a MBPro with BootCamp/Win8 installed and would like to use Isadora on both sides of the fence.  Does the license span both OS's?  Or should I buy, say the Win. license, and if necessary to save/edit in Win.(also have Parallels) and open in the unlicensed Mac version?  Will that even work?

I think you will need one for both - but I am not 100% sure. This would a question for the Boss :) Perhaps send an email?
