Syhpon to texture bug

Syphon to texture gives me a messed up image (like it is internally reporting the wrong dimensions and allocating too large a texture on the GPU), it gives me lines from the top1/4 of the image, whereas syphon to image or syphon to video both display the correct image. Images below.
