Dont get midi signal from Akai MPD 232

Hello.
actually I do get a signal (shown in the statud window) but it doesnt show up in the control watcher. I have no problems with akai LPD8 for exemple.

Any idea somebody?

ok, got ist. Dindt know there is a mono pressure watcher. That one works with the MPD 232!

I have a nother quiestion using my new MPD 226. There is a tap tempo button with wich I can set up a specific tempo by clicking on it in the right speed. then there the light blinks repeatingly in that tempo. I would like to get that tempo as triggers into isadora. Do you know if this is possible? I tried all watchers but there is no "click"-signal. I am sure you can get that tempo into software as live ableton, but how into isadora?

Dear @niknaim,

Isadora will receive MIDI Clock via the "Real Time Watcher." Set that actor's 'message' input to timing, and then pass the output to a Tap Tempo actor. MIDI Clock is sent at 24 pulses per quarter note, so you'll need to divide the tempo sensed by Tap Tempo by 24 to get the real BPM.

Thanks Mark four your answer. I already chekes the real time watcher, but there is just noch signal coming in.... I also cannot see any "click" in the status-window.

Maybe you need to change a setting in the Akai to get it to transmit the MIDI Clock?

in the Akai software I can only set the midi clock from internal to external. With both I dont get a signal in Isadora. Seems the controller doesnt send the midi-clock.

I tried with Midi-Ox since I am on Windows, but I dont get any signal. Seems the controller doesnt send out anything. Now I built my own Tap-Tempo in isadora with the Tap Tempo-actor an the Pulse generator. In geberal it works but it does not seem to be precise. To test that I played a click from a clicktrack-audio-file and set the actor to the same BPM (e.g. 85mpb). After about 10 seconds it starts to differ. Any Idea what I do wrong?
