Hello,
You can use timer/comparator/jump actors.I send you a sample, you just need to divide the output of timer by 1000, it reads in second but the value is in millis.Jacques -

Thanks Graham - I viewed this and it was most helpful. However it only appears to offer scene progression via Keyboard Watcher and Jump actors - which I guess requires an operator to be present?

i use enter scene trigger > trigger delay > jump works perfect

You can also use an envelope generator to set specific times.
