Triplehead2go DP Edition Fatal Error Loading PowerDesk??

Hello,
On installation of the Power desk software I receive a fatal error message "Installation ended prematurely because of an error".

Has anyone else had and overcome this problem?
Any help would be appreciated.

GPU Geforce GTX 960
CPU Intel Core2 Quad 9400@2.66GHz
Memory 4 GB Ram
OS Windows 7 64 Bit.
Matrox Triplehead2go DP Edition - Display Port to DVI
3 x Acer X243HQ LCD monitors.

Someone on here may have had an experience and may be able to help. But i'd also contact the company too.

Thanks. Already doing that. It's a slow process and not really getting very far unfortunately. I now have to wait another 3 days for a reply and I was hoping to get this up and running for tomorrow.
