Return of the syphon bug???

I'm getting lots of crashes when using the Syphon Receiver actor in 2.1, particularly when switching sources. its like the bug that was stressing me out last year: http://troikatronix.com/community/#/discussion/1464/syphon-to-video-bug

anybody else having troubles

(Mac OSX 10.10.5)

I just filed a bug report of similar crashes, Yosemite as well. it only happened twice yesterday, problem didn't reoccur today (yet). I thought in my case it may have had sth to do with 2 installed Blackmagic PCI cards running 2 live cams at the same time as Kinoni's Multicam. Can't be sure however...
