EpocCam on Windows

Hi, I have been having relative success with EpocCam with Isadora on Mac using Syphon to stream video from cell phone cameras.
Can EpocCam be used in the same way with Isadora on Windows (possibly via DirectShow in some way)? I was only able to find a link to the drivers for Windows on the Kinoni website, not for a viewer?Thanks in advance for any advice on this. -
on win the best option is ipwebcam, an android app. it also have a a win only software thad recive live feed from the app and convert it in a virtual cam that isadora can see natively
