Serial Control to Projector

I am trying to control 2 Christie 8000 Projectors via serial (DHD800). The command for shutter mute on is C0D and shutter mute off is C0E.

I am note sure how to make this happen in Isadora 2\. I am wondering if anyone had experience with this. I believe I can use the Serial actor or the Send Serial Raw actor, however do I need to use the trigger text actor to send the serial command?

SETUP:

Mac Pro with USB to Serial adapters to the projectors. Null Modem adapter inlace per the projector communication manual. 

Any advice would be appreciated.

Its important that you setup the serial ports properly, the baud rate has to be set the same on projector and Isadora. You can try the patch @m_theater posted about 2 years ago, the Eiki seems to have the same commands: http://troikatronix.com/troikatronixforum/discussion/comment/8993/#Comment_8993
