anybody knows if or where I can find a FFGL version of the old CPU "displace actor"?

The Displace actor is one of the few that has not yet been updated to vid-GPU.

Unfortunatly, I do not know if a ffgl version is available.

I got it! I compined the the alpha mask actor with the PanSpinZoom actor and moved the foreground image a bit to the left oder right. Looks quite the same.
