      Hello there,

please anybody has a knowledge how to, where to download pristine Mac OS (I will be happy for Maverick), cause will need a proper dual boot for the show and do not have a clean Mac OS. I am on Capitan, but I would not mind to revert to Maverick as I lost some compatibility while stupidly upgrading without proper back up.

Thanks for help and time in advance.

Hi, it's fairly easy, I do it all the time on our systems; download the OS you require from the app store using your Apple ID. In your 'purchases' section there should be a couple of OS's you downloaded and installed earlier. Then just follow the steps as outlined by Macworld: http://www.macworld.com/article/2367748/os-x/how-to-make-a-bootable-os-x-10-10-yosemite-install-drive.amp.html. This guide refers to Yosemite, if you wish to install another OS, Google will get you going. Cheers and good luck.

          Hi Bartvan,

well yes - but in "purchased" I only see El Capitan. I would like to revert to Mavericks (from which I jumped to Capitan). I do not see Mavericks there.

Anybody has experience with these: http://www.getmacupdate.com/2015/08/download-mac-os-x-mavericks-free-os-x.html

I updated Mavericks when it was new, but I do not see anything in purchases.

          Hmm. Cheers.
