      i guess if it was any wider it wouldn't be a line? but it would be good to be able to make it wider, I'm sure it used to go wider...?

        Not sure. It could be something to do with the z translate. In theory zooming in and out of X will change the line size also as you are moving it closer and further away from the camera POV.

          strangely, translating the Z does nothing to the line width, but it changes the length as expected.

            Hello,

            I also really miss a 3d plane feature.....I had to betray Isadora with Teouchdesigner for that.... Again. And I love being faithful (to a software)

              What is the '3D z clip' actor for? It doesn't appear to operate as expected?

                I don't have this actor. You possibly have it from somewhere else.

                  @michel,

                  apologies the name of the actor is '3D Stage Options' not '3D z clip' but the parameters are related to z-clip.
                  regards,

                    I tested it and it does work. The near and far values are just way out of sight, setting them both around +100 does show you changes. I have the 3D Line actor set to stage and the 3D Stage Option to stage as well.

                      @michel Thank you for your advice, I will dig a little more with the z-clip. Cheers Bonemap

                        @Armando

                        If you double click the eye of the Projector, you can activate the 3D settings. This essentially makes the video render on a 3D plane.
                        And all the 3D features are available to turn on as well.
                        If you need to process after, you can use a 3D projector, and render to a virtual stage for further processing.
                        Both options give you a plan to work on.
