Isadora disagrees with Windows about Main Display

Hi we are having trouble with Isadora 2.5.1 where in Stage settings, the display identified as the main display is not the same as the one identified in windows displays setup.  When we show stages, it seems that content is appearing where expected, but we can no longer interact with the interface on the actual main display.

Is there a way to correct this?

We are running windows 8.1 64 bit
