      Hi,

I like to share my recent built user actor "slideshow". With this actor you can run a slideshow similar to picture programs like Picasa. You have some input parameters for selecting the pictures, duration and crossfade time. Maybe it's useful for some of you.

There's one minor issue left, which I couldn't get solved. When all pictures have at least the same height, it runs perfectly. But with pictures of different size the video mixer actor scales somehow unexpected and the picture size is not necessarily full screen. I tried a lot, but couldn't find a proper solution. Maybe somebody else has an idea. I include 3 pictues, where you can test the slideshow.

      Cheers, gunther

        Dear Gunther

What are your settings in the video tab of the Izzy preferences? If I choose scale to smallest or scale to largest it works fine, only if you choose scale to default resolution you get mixed results.

          Dear Michel,

I've tried all three settings. In my slideshow actor I use one video mixer and feed it with the picture sequence. So, every picture has a previous and a successive picture. The "bug" occurs, when previous and successive pictures have different sizes: The size of the actual picture changes at the moment when I change the previous picture to the successive picture.

          Best, gunther

              Dear Michel,

pictures were included in the first post (ZIP file). Here is a new (=final) version of my slideshow actor, which works now perfectly! I experimented with Javascript to scale the pictures before going into the video mixer!
