Numerical values for mapping positions

I have asked for a few variations of this, especially pixel based values, but for now I am willing to get what I can. Numerical input values for mapper object vertexes, they can stay the same as the percentage system so it is resolution independent but it will make things a lot easier and a lot easier to be more precise. It would make a faster and better mapping tool.
