slo-mo camera?

Hello, sorry to go off-topic, but does anyone have any recommendations for budget slow-motion video capture? I'm working on a project where we would like some really clear slow-mo footage of someone pouring a bucket of water over his head. I'm thinking that 240fps would be ok, at 1080 would be ideal, but 720 might work at a push. I'm not keen on the wide-angle distortion you get with a GoPro. Anyone have any experience of this kind of thing?

an iPhone can 1080p (120fps) and 720p (240fps). But not really budget if you don't already have one.
