Help: Mov Not Audible when I plug into soundboard and/or projector.

Everything runs, plays, and is audible when listening via the computer speakers, but as soon as we plug into the soundboard and/or projector, the mov files are not audible -- they're playing, but they're muted completely. What is going on here? How do I fix this? Is this an HDMI issue?

usually when you plug an HDMI cable the OS switch audio output to HDMI out, check in your system preferences.
