Serious Lagging

This is the third school computer I've tried and they all have the same serious lagging issue with Isadora. I have nothing else open, other than this web browser with few tabs. No other applications are lagging. What is going on?? I've been struggling with it all day and have not found a solution. Please help.

This might be the Adobe CC issue. Do the machines have the Creative Cloud desktop app running?
If so try quiting out of the CC app and Isadora might come good.
