Strange Glitch when not in edit mode

Hi, I have a simple picture player that can slide the pictures left or right (ala iPad). If I operate it in the edit mode all the timings are perfect. If I'm in side by side or edit off mode the envelope generators get hung up in the last 20% of there timed job.In other words if the generator++ is set for a .5sec, it runs and then almost pauses near the end as if the computer recourses are low, which throws off all the other timings.

Also, If I delete the the the bin picker I seems the problem goes away.
