Osc Listener and timer

I am using the Osc Listener to receive the data. Is it possible that the Osc Listener receive data then run the timer and the Osc Listener doesn't receive any data then stop the timer? Thanks everyone.

Do you mean that once you receive a message, to block receiving messages for some period of time, and then allow messages to be received again?
The Multi-Blocker actor does this for you, if that's in fact what you mean.
If not, please explain what you want a little more carefully.
