Video freezing when jumping in between scenes

Hi,
I have video freezing on the last seen frame when jumping back and forth between scenes with sparkocam connected to a Canon 70D, live capture and a hapq premade video. I'm on a Windows 10 asus rog laptop running the latest and greatest isadora. I'm using crop in the live capture scene. I'm using touch osc with a comparator to jump back and forth between scenes. I'm able to restart the video feeds by forcing stage preview on and off but this is not practical in a live performance. I see a working preview of the live video in live capture settings even when the stage is frozen. Please help...
