Bin Picker thumbnail is black

Hi, I've an issue with the Bin Picker Thumbnails. The Video in 1920 x 1080 are showing a thumbnail but the 1280 x 720 files don't, it's black.
Is someone knowing this issue ?

No bugs that I know about, but this could be something to do with the 'poster frame'. You can change this:

@skulpture yes, thank you, it that a was thinking about. We use to be able to set it with quick time but now I can’t find the way to do it. Do you know a way to do it without premiere ?

What codec are the 1920x1080 videos, and what codec are the 1280x720 videos?
Have you tried to force refresh the thumbnails? ( File / Rebuild Media Thumbnails )

@dusx, Both are H264. I've tried to force refresh the thumbnails but it doesn't work, except for one of them.

If you are on a Mac you can set the poster frame in the foto app. https://discussions.apple.com/...

@michel, Thank you for your tip. I've tried but it seems to work only inside Photo app. It doesn't change any thing on the finder, nor in Isadora.

Ok thats funny, it does work for me in the finder but not in Isadora. No other idea.

Does your video start out black?
If so that's where Isadora is grabbing the thumbnail.
