I have been trying to connect the Syphon to the Epoccam Viewer on two Mac laptops. They have all the viewer drivers downloaded, the viewer works fine. I cannot get the "Cam 1-Cam4" prompt to pop up under the Syphon Receiver. Has anyone experienced this?

You are talking about drivers... Epoccam Viewer does not need any driver to communicate with Isadora thru Syphon. I used it on several Mac and never had any problem. As soon as Eppocam Viewer is running, you can see the Cam1 to 4 entry in Syphon actor, even if there is no camera signal. But if you install the "beta" driver for mac they provide on their website, it could be the problem :
I think I remember it made a big mess on my machine some years ago, and I had to erase it to make it work :-)

Do not use their drivers on MacOS -- one of them causes Isadora to crash on startup!

Instead, go to directly Kinoni.com website, and download Epoccam Viewer Pro by clicking the link that says "Download EpocCam Viewer Pro for Mac OS."

I do not recommend the app store version of this app; it did not work for me.

Once you have the program, start it up first. Then start up Epoccam on your device. The two programs should see each other, and the Syphon output from EpocCam Viewer Pro should then be available in Isadora and anything else that accepts Syphon.

          Best Wishes,

            Kinoni.com appears to be broken...

            Cheers,
