Artnet loopback from other application same pc

I would like to receive artnet signal from other application on same computer to isadora it's possible or not,

windows 10 and MacOS Sierra

I need to receive artnet signal from QLC+ and I'm try microsoft loopback and try 127.0.0.1 , localhost it's not working.

It is possible, I have done this a number of times. You must have a config issue.
