Image to video crash

Just wanted to check if this is a known issue really. I've only recently started delving into the CI/QC side of Issy and learning as I go.
If I connect the video output from an 'image to video' actor to more than one downstream actor then Issy crashes. If I pass that video through a FF actor before connecting it to more than one downstream actor then it works fine. At least I think this is what was causing the problem, crash reports attached: -
I know that I sometimes have trouble with FF actors not outputting correctly formatted video, that must be run through a fader actor (lowest possible setting) to get it to be rewritten as a proper isadora format video feed.
Maybe you are having a similar problem? I use fader for this now because it requires no other inputs, but really any of the mix/blend video actors should correct such a problem.
