Updated 64 bit NDI freeframe plugins for use in Isadora 3 [Windows Only]

Our friend Lynn Jarvis from http://spout.zeal.co put together a package for me a little while ago.

UPDATE: Windows Only

Attached is an updated bundle of FFGL plugins, both 64 bit and 32 bit that can be used with Isadora 3 (and 2) for receiving and sending NDI streams.
Maybe useful to help you transition projects from Isadora 2 to Isadora 3 while we work at adding native support into the application.

ALERT: these are fresh of the press.. so to speak. They are not heavily tested, so be sure to TEST thoroughly before using in a production environment.

We will not offer support for the use of these plugins.

 Yes, and I am not aware of any equivalent Mac FFGL plugins. 

I posted these largely to help any users that were already using the 32bit versions with Isadora 2.6.1 on Windows migrate their projects to Isadora 3 more easily.
