[FEATURE EXISTS] Control for timecodes

Hi,

I'm thoroughly enjoying Werkstatt and all the new features of v3. 

A feature request I think will be very useful is a compatible control for timecodes rather than just media percentages.

Isadora 3 supports timecode, but it is not the default for Movie Players.
You need to right click and convert the Movie Player to use TimeCode.
