        Hi,

On Mac OSX the only option for Alpha Channel capture is the Apple ProRes 444 codec.  Are you Mac or PC?

Thank you, I have found it, on Mac, Output menu -> Record Stage Settings -> Codec: Apple Pro Res 4444

Apologies, I should have stated Isadora 3 on Mac OSX only has Apple Pro Res 4444 codec that renders the alpha channel of a stage recording.

Be aware that compressing HAP is pretty heavy. If it works on your machine, great... but users with older/slower machines should be aware that they may run into bandwidth issues recording to HAP, and might be better off using AppleProRes 4444. (I mean, encoding video is always costly.. APR is going to eat up bandwidth too.)
