Dear Arthur
Well its difficult to say, because we do not know at all what you are working with.
Mac or PC?
What OS version are you using?
What Specs does the computer have?
Isadora 1,2 or 3?
What codec and resolution does the movies have?Best Michel

Its a Mac

Please answer all the questions above, otherwise its difficult to find the problem.

I guess you mean .h264 not .h267
What resolutions are the movies?
What are the specs of your Mac (what processor, how much RAM, HDD or SSD?Never heard of HCF batch converter. A very good alternative would be the AVF batch converter https://docs.vidvox.net/freebi... or Handbrake https://handbrake.fr
additional questions:
Whats the data rate of the movies? (if you open them in Quicktime hit cmd+i the inspector window will open where you can read the data rate)
Whats the frame rate of the movies? (you can also see that in the inspector window. Do all movies have the same frame rate?)
What frame rate have you set in the Isadora preference settings in the "General" tab? Do they match the movies frame rate?
What have you selected in the "when combing video" settings in preference "Video" tab?
In the Mac's preference setting: what's the resolution and refresh rate set for the connected projector?
are you connecting with HDMI or VGA cable?Best Michel

Yes, this is what I suggested Arthur use for batch conversions.
