      Hello!

Looking for some answers or help on why my videos keep on disappearing while I am mapping in my stages. Wondering if there is a setting I do not know about or this is a rendering issue. I have rendering my files to Hap files. Thanks for your time.

Could you share a screenshot of your Projector Setup (So I mean your Izzymap screen?)

It would also be very helpful to know what version of Isadora you are using?

Just saw this. Student accidentally posted through my profile. Must have logged in myself before she did and left it open. It's the latest version of Isadora on the Windows machine listed on my profile. I'll have to get with her to replicate the situation later today. The project is going out to two stages/two projectors. When mapping with two or more videos on a stage,  moving a slice will eventually either one or the other video stream to go black. The window in Izzymap seemed okay. The videos are HAP encoded. Only other thing I didn't check was whether or not Creative Cloud was on, but I'm not sure what the glitches are that that would cause. Also, she is running the video off of an external Lacie hard drive, I noticed this morning, which is why I can't replicate it until later. Will get back to you with screen shots and anything else you can recommend that I'm forgetting. Thanks!

It would be helpful if you can identify any specific mapping changes that seem to cause the black output.
              thanks

We relooked at the situation and after running through a number of factors it’s clear it isn’t the mapping but more likely a corrupt video file. Re-outputting that and will get back to you if it is still occurring. Thanks much
