Is it possible to change the fade time in an non active scene whene in blind mode?

No, this is not possible currently. Only the Scene Editor panels follows the Blind mode selection at this time.
I can see this being a useful Feature request.

          ok,

so we can wait for it in the next time?

because for us it is one of the most important things to do in blind mode.

          thx. j.w.

@deflost You can always use a keyboard watcher and a jump actor to control the fade between scenes. This you will be able to adjust in blind.

            Cheers,
