Hi, is there a simple way to put text over the top of a monitor controller? I've tried adding a "comment" over a" monitor" in controls and selected "bring to front" but monitor remains in front. In fact i don't seem to be able to change in front/back for any controls. The text doesn't need to change, hence tried using comment (running v3.0.7)

Cheers for any help, Mr J

I suspect - but don't know for sure - that it's about how the computer draws images on the screen, and that anything that shows 'video' is done as an overlay, which sits on top of all other elements displayed on the computer screen.
In other words, the monitor is always going to be on top.

But the people who know Isadora's inside workings might contradict me :-)

Its like @mark_m says, because the monitor gets updated all the time when a movie is playing it will always be in front.
