      Hello,

      I want to rent isadora to create a project for a permanent installation so the computer won't be my own.

      1. can i change computer? prepare it on my own computer and then test it and run it at the other computer that will run the installation?

      2. can i let isadora expire on that second computer? will it still work? are there going to be any bugs? Or do i have to purchase a permanent licence?

      Thank you!

        @alice

        You should be able to both.
        I would suggest that working on the delivery machine might be best (eliminates performance differences etc..)

        Isadora will switch to Demo mode once the license expires, and this mode is fully featured except for saving.
        The only other thing I can think of that appears when in Demo mode is that a dialog opens when you open Isadora in Demo mode that tells you you are in demo mode and can't save.

          @DusX

          thank you for your quick reply

          this dialog, is it going to be shown in the projectors? (at the end there will be no monitor, only three projectors)

          will it keep isadora from running if nothing is pressed? (there will be no one there, i want the computer to open and start playing)

          can i close it with an osc command?

          thank you!

            This should not be a problem, if you have the show computer activated and you are finished with preparing the installation, actively go to the Isadora Help menu and click deactivate, there will not be a popup.
