      Question: I've setup my iPad and iPhone and MBP to communicate via my wifi network using OSC, but the communication is happening via MIDI not OSC. I've rechecked my settings several times and everything looks correct. Can anyone suggest what I should try next?

      Thank you.

        sorry if it is a stupid answer because you know it alrady but perhaps you made the configuration with midi instead of osc in touchOSC editor

          @jfg Interesting consideration, but I am using the layouts that downloaded with the ToucOSC app. Is there a way to check them to see if they are configured for MIDI instead of OSC??

          Thanks.

            @jfg I figured out how to use the editor to look at the layouts and they are configured for OSC.

              Sorry I don't see where it could coming from. An idea was to show if you have a MIDI session active but if I activate one I become a midi signal AND the OSC signal.

                @Bill-Cottman

                you could open the monitor window to see if OSC information are coming from touchosc. If nothing happened you have a problem in your setup.

                if you have information you have to open the stream setup window and configure the information you want to use in Isadora...

                maybe you always done that...

                best regards

                    @celiomenard: Yes that was part of my troubleshooting. No OSC activity in the monitor window.

                      Did you set the right "send" OSC port in the touch OSC app? Default Isadora Port is 1234.
