[IMPLEMENTED] website plugin page feature: most recent uploads

Now that the site has been up a while, and the plugin page has expanded, it would be useful for those of us who have lots of plugins, to search by what has most recently been added, to keep up on what is NEW that might be worth checking out

You are right, its time to make a resume about the plugin page and discuss what could be optimised. Your suggestion came up already and a few other requests. But I wanted to wait for a longer time to collect them all and then discuss this with the team. Then we can pass all to the programmer as job package.
