[ANSWERED] Best Still Image Format and Video Codec?

Hi can you advise should i convert TIFF image files to Jaypegs? And is HAP the best video codec format?

Usually I keep them as TIFF images because otherwise (with JPEG) there are compression artifacts. But also PNG would be a good choice.

HAP is best for performance on Windows for sure. On MacOS, Apple Pro Res 422 or HAP work well.

I arrived late for the session (confused over time!) but just what I need for PhD project with dancer so look forward 😊 it's beyond me how you can answers questions and deliver session and raise consciousness! I totally concur with your comments about artists' responsibilities in current time of inequalities and crisis so thanks for those comments too! Cheers from Yorkshire, David
