    Hi there Axel,

Natively in Isadora our hands are kinda tied sadly :( Isadora doesn't has a native plugin and also doesn't offer UDP support (Why not, that is also an question that I had when I looked it up) but sadly it doesn't has something like that.. Our second best option is using middleware. I tried to look into some options for you, but the main programs out there (TouchDesigner / VVV) are all receivers from an Posistagenet server. To send we can use the PosiStageDotNet library found on Github here: https://github.com/davidbutler... that contains an example on how to make an Posistagenet server that we can then send over the Network to our devices (For example an GrandMA2 Lighting console) and we can make our own from the documenation / middleware like TouchDesigner to create the necassary commands to the PosiStageNet server.

Tl;dr; This can be done but requires some effort to port this to your need. If you need any assist with it you can get in touch with the contact details below.

Could you tell us a bit more about your application so that we can think with you ?

We've logged this as a feature request. The more demand for it there is, the higher it will become on our list of priorities, and the more likely it is to be added to the program.

    Best wishes,

  • @woland Be sure and log pure UDP it has come up a lot and would be very useful - this feature could have been a user actor with straight UDP capabilties.
