quicktime replacement

Hey all
I know I have missed the obvious and my searches have been in vain. But I just updated to 3.0.8 Isadora and also uninstalled QuickTime.
But my Windows 10 machine has very little on it because it is dedicated to Isadora. But the "Movies & TV" or "Windows Media Player" do not seem to run the movies I have used before. So which player are you using with Isadora 3?

Hi there ! I think you mean to just check your footage in a dedicated player ? I personally use VLC Media player.

@juriaan So in the past you had to have QuickTime with HAP codex. once i uninstalled Quicktime i can't get any videos to play in isadora. Am i missing a step?

I generally also have VLC installed on my PC since it will playback Hap Mov files, which the Windows players do not.
