Swirl GLSL Effect

Dear All,

Whipped this up for a friend. 

'center x' and 'center y' control the position of the swirl

'radius' controls the size of the swirl

'swirliness' controls how swirly the swirl is.

I would just update the patch on the Add-Ons to have only the alpha version so there is no confusions. Better to have a single version for less confusion.
