Two problem about isadora

Hi all,

Two of my students are having this problem.T
1. One student's got an error when running sadora, then isadora crashed. After that, I can't run isadora anymore, and I can't run it even if I reinstall it. Her running environment was isadora 3.08, windows 10.
2. Another student was able to run isadora, but after projector rendering, the screen could not be displayed, it was always black and did not show any errors.Her runtime environment is macbook air, bigsur, isadora 3.08.
Has anyone encountered such a situation? How should I solve it? Thanks!
