Support Ticket Disappeared
Just wrote a lengthy support ticket and it was discarded.

That doesn't sound like something that we would do, so I would love to get to the bottom of this for you. I sent you a private dm asking for the Ticket number so that I can ask our Support team what happened with the ticket. Or did you fill in the form but it didn't go through?
